Warranty
We care about our products and do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it may happen that an order gets damaged during transport or that something else occurs, entitling you to a warranty claim. Legally, you are required to report the issue to us within two months of discovering the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will take care of the repair or replacement free of charge.
Please note that products customized, modified, or manufactured according to your specifications cannot be returned. In case of manufacturing defects, please contact us. These products are not covered by the above-mentioned warranty.
We work with fabrics and other natural products, a natural material may discolor or deform over time and especially when washed . We cannot take responsibility for such changes and do not offer a warranty for them. However, we will provide guidance on how to maintain your purchased product in optimal condition.
Complaints
If something does not go as planned, we encourage you to first report your complaint to us by emailing alex@thedenimfamily.com.
Since February 15, 2016, consumers in the EU also have the option to submit complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This platform can be accessed at [http://ec.europa.eu/odr](http://ec.europa.eu/odr). If your complaint has not yet been addressed elsewhere, you are free to submit it through the European Union's platform.
