Shipping and Delivery Costs

We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Our shipping days are from Tuesday to Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays, and no shipments take place on these days. The estimated delivery time is indicated on the product page. If, for any reason, we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will inform you as soon as possible via email.

The listed prices do not include shipping costs.

- €3.85 - €5.95 (DHL NL) for orders under 10 kg that meet the maximum size requirements set by the carriers.
- €6.20 (DHL NL) for orders from 10kg or more that meet the maximum size requirements set by the carriers.

- For packages exceeding 10 kg or with special dimensions, delivery is available upon request, and shipping costs will be determined accordingly.

Different rates apply for deliveries to Belgium and other countries inside and outside of the EU. Please contact us for the applicable rates if you require delivery to other countries.

Orders under 20 kg and of standard dimensions are delivered via PostNL or DHL couriers. In most cases, delivery will take place on the next business day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery.

Import Fees
Shipping costs are calculated by the carrier and are not set or controlled by us. Any import duties, taxes, or tariffs required by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid upon delivery.
